You can return a product if it is faulty or damaged, which are covered under our warranty and will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law.

We also offer Change of Mind returns within 14 days if the item is unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Return postage is at the customer’s expense, and refunds are processed via the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
