Shipping Information

At SolarWay, we work with a range of carriers to provide the most cost-effective delivery options. The cheapest available service will be shown at checkout. If you would prefer a specific courier, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery – Parcels are delivered to your nominated street address. PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Post Offices are not accepted.

• Signature on Delivery – If you’d like to sign for your package, please contact us before ordering. Additional fees may apply.

• Gated Properties – If access to your property is restricted and no alternative address is provided, re-delivery charges may apply.

• Work Address Recommended – To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend providing a work address if you’re not home during business hours.

Dispatch & Processing Times

• Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) are usually dispatched the next business day, provided stock is available.

• Most orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.

• Some larger orders may be split into multiple parcels, which could arrive at different times.

• During busy periods (e.g., Christmas), processing and delivery times may be longer.

You will be notified by email if any items on your order are delayed. If needed, we can arrange an alternative product or other solution.

⚠️ A re-delivery fee will apply if parcels are returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier.

Warehouse Pick Up (Melbourne)

Pick up is available from our Glenroy warehouse by appointment only. Please allow at least 24 hours for confirmation.
